I want to make a software where you can manually create web indexes where you can import other peoples indexes that run the same software.
so a crawlerless search engine basically. the idea would be that while the amount of results might be basically nothing for a while you could get actual good results made by actual people.
Maby some orgs could use this to allow people to easily search through their own publications which could then be imported by people making more general instances.
