It allows players to customise their layout to their preference almost completely. Because most MMO's rely on many skills and interactions, usually performed in specific orders and/or with specific criteria met, allowing the player to find the optimal rhythm for them is very important.

Mice are 95% personal preference nowadays. Most companies produce good qualities, and what ergonomic qualities fit your hands are so individual that I cannot give you blanket advice.

RJN catalogues a lot of different ways to look at mice, finding things you find important, and ways to find mice that fit those categories.

It's how I ended up at my Razer Deathadder V3 Hyperspeed. I would recommend it, if your preferences were identical to mine.
