Honestly I can't even be too mad at Nintendo for raising the prices of everything, it makes sense accounting for inflation and it also means we might expect indie games to actually cost money for once so the creators actually get fed. It just kinda sucks because few people can actually afford it because wages haven't gone up when inflation has.
@tombofnull the way i think i see it is: on a wolf you might project the same kind of cuteness and loyalty and kindness as on a dog, but in the end a wolf is not a dog. It is in a wolf's nature to be hungry and to eat, in the same way that someone might see my kindness and interest in them and intimacy as a sign of romance and commitment but they will end up being disappointed by my nature, the same way someone trying to tame a wolf will be by that a wolf will always be a wolf and not a dog. Sometimes it feels to me like trying to get close to people and then not committing to romance feels like I'm hunting for prey (and that I'm the predator, which hurts), so a wolf herein comforts me somewhat in remembering that it's not wrong for me to want things and people can't expect of me something that I can't be. It's not entirely a positive reading but it's not entirely a negative reading either
@tombofnull well and devils but I feel like that's almost too obvious considering yadda yadda Christianity and the portrayal of devils as creatures with boobs and a penis
@hertog sometimes at camps we sell klok and we always have both refrigerated klok and room temperature klok and the room temperature klok is way more popular
