@1NTRO I am very aware that it is a choice, that's why I chose it. For me it costs so little effort to be kind and I gain so much back for it, for example, doing the menial thing of a small favour for someone, yes this might cost me energy, but the amount of positive feedback I get in return is so much larger that it becomes a net positive
